The Boost Award Entry Writing Service

It's quite likely that you, or maybe your clients, are doing something that is of award winning quality, but that is only half the story. Getting into the finals, and hopefully winning awards, is not about what you believe you have done well, but the impact your story has on the judges. These can be two very different things.

What we can do for you

The dedicated team of award entry consultants at Boost Marketing have helped over 100 different companies, from international household names to start-ups to enter awards, win over 200 awards (a win rate of nearly 40%). As the first dedicated award entry consultancy, we can honestly say we are the most experience award entry writers in the world.

Our involvement in an award entry can be any of a combination of:

  • Helping you choose the right stories to enter into awards.
  • Developing your awards strategy and plan for the year.
  • Writing your award entries from scratch using available documentation and interviewing relevant stakeholders (a full outsource).
  • Coaching or mentoring your in-house team during the process of writing submission (support consultancy).
  • Helping substantiate your award submissions with evidence gathered using our impact evaluation techniques.
  • Reworking previous award entries to suit other awards.
  • Preparing you for face to face presentations with judges.

N.B. Nearly 80% of submissions we are involved in get through to the finals and approximately 40% of submissions win awards, so we cannot guarantee that our involvement will win you an award, but it will certainly maximise the impact your submission has on the judges.

Our unique approach

To win an award you have to convince the judges that your projects, teams or business are more than just best practice, they demonstrate sector leading innovation and outstanding impact. We have seen companies do fantastic work, certainly deserving of awards, and even entering awards, but winning nothing. Entering awards is like being in an examination or writing a proposal: To get through to the finals (challenge #1), there is probably a marking scheme and you need to align the content of your submission to this. Winning means delivering a wow factor like a body blow to the judges. Finding and delivering this wow factor is what our team excels at.

The things that make our approach different to any alternative internal or external awards writing resource you could choose are:

  • Our unique experience in impact evaluation : this will help you prove your case to the judges using evidence that is far more plausible than that in competing entries.
  • Our unique ethics policy : there are some very dubious practices out there and people repeatedly cite our integrity as a key reason for using and reusing our team.
  • Our ability to think strategically : a good submission should sound like it is written by the CEO, yet few journalists or PR agencies can do this. We can, in fact companies regularly change their strategies after working with us.
